What is Counseling?

Counseling is the opportunity to share thoughts/feelings about life's stressors such as health concerns, relationships, work issues, and other topics of personal relevance without judgement in a safe space.  Counseling encourages individuals to reflect on their own inner strengths which can be used to problem solve and resolve internal conflicts.
